Healing in the Jungle is a unique opportunity aimed at promoting wellness beyond the mat.
By removing yourself from the mundane and immersing yourself in the healing atmosphere of Costa Rica, you allow this retreat to provide a transformative experience.
Participants can anticipate practices to restore and revitalize so that you may return to your day-to-day rested, replenished, and reinvested in yourself and your future.​
This retreat includes daily yoga classes going beyond the traditional 60 minute format, breathwork and exclusive workshops designed to promote deeper healing and integration for optimal living.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your wellness journey, this retreat offers something for everyone.
Accommodations
Flex your adventure muscle and share a bungalow!
Each bungalow hosts two retreat attendees.
You can choose who you room with.

All bungalows have locally made soap, shampoo and conditioner available.
​
The bungalows are cleaned and tidied daily, linens changed every three days.
​
All rooms are equipped with a queen sized bed with
an additional twin bed for individual sleeping space.
Exceptions can be accommodated.

Travel to Tierra de Suenos
Tierra de Suenos is an approximate 4-5 hour commute by car from the San Jose Airport.

LIMON TO PLAYA CHIQUITA SHUTTLE

If travel by car takes place during the day, a stop will be offered for a lunch meal
whiLimon of course optional. Provided that a car commute does not suit your liking,
the national flight is an alternative mode that will require an additional drive from
the Limon airport which can easily be arranged for your convenience at a modest cost.
