Consider this to be the closest equivalent to an "in person" class. The duration of this class allows for plentiful exploration of movement, specified to tend to the needs of the day at hand. These sessions can allow for in depth practice of one particular goal or a allow for a generous amount of variety and repetition.

Think of this class as an occasion to flow fluidly or to hone in on a particular aspect, posture or goal.

Consider this to be your maintenance session. Dedicate half of one hour to getting into your body and your breath via this touch-base style practice. These sessions will allow for attention to be cultivated, care to be extended and stress to be managed, minimal fluff included.
